HP MOSTAR Međunarodni dan kulturne baštine / World Heritage Day

Kulturna baština jedinstvena je i nenadomjestiva te mora biti očuvana kao vrijednost za buduće naraštaje. Akademski slikar i likovni pedagog Ivica Vlašić u svom umjetničkom opusu najčešće slika pejzaže i konje te idiličnu ljepotu prirode livanjskog kraja koju, kroz svoja djela, ostavlja svima nama u kulturno naslijeđe.

Ivica Vlašić (rođen 23. 11. 1954. u Varešu, živi i radi u Livnu) diplomirao je na Akademiji likovnih umjetnosti u Sarajevu 1976. Iste godine odlazi na studijsko putovanje u Pariz, a 1981. specijalizira slikarstvo kao stipendist poljske vlade u Varšavi. Njegova djela odišu poštovanjem prema svijetu koji nas okružuje. Idilična priroda, mir zimske idile ili bujna vegetacija i nesputani konji vječna su inspiracija umjetnika koji zaustavlja trenutak ljepote u kojemu uživamo. Ostvario je više od 50 samostalnih te sudjelovao na više od 150 skupnih izložaba. Uvršten je u Enciklopediju hrvatske likovne umjetnosti 1996. godine, a 1997. godine u Nacionalnu zbirku grafika Hrvatskog kluba za međunarodnu suradnju kao "Aetas aurea hrvatske grafike". Njegove slike nalaze se u fundusima muzeja i galerija te privatnim kolekcijama širom svijeta. Dobitnik je brojnih priznanja i nagrada, organizator i sudionik brojnih likovnih kolonija od kojih su mnoge imale humanitarni karakter.

Hrvatska pošta d.o.o. Mostar izdala je prigodnu poštansku marku u arku od 9 maraka, žig i omotnicu prvoga dana (FDC).


Cultural heritage is unique and irreplaceable and as such it represents the value that must be preserved for future generations. In his artistic oeuvre, academy-trained painter and art pedagogue Ivica Vlašić mostly paints landscapes and horses and the idyllic beauty of nature of the Livno region, leaving it through his works to all of us as cultural heritage.

Ivica Vlašić (born 23 November 1954 in Vareš, living and working in Livno) graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Sarajevo in 1976. That same year he went on a study trip to Paris, and in 1981, as a holder of the Polish government scholarship, he specialized in painting in Warsaw. His works exude respect for the world around us. The idyllic nature, tranquillity of winter idyll or lush vegetation and unrestrained horses are an everlasting source of inspiration for an artist who captures a moment of beauty for us to enjoy it. He has had more over 50 solo exhibitions and participated in more than 150 group exhibitions. He has been included in the Encyclopaedia of Croatian Fine Arts in 1996 and in 1997 in the National Graphics Collection of the Croatian Club for International Cooperation as "aetas aurea of Croatian graphics". His paintings are held in museums, galleries and private collections around the world. He has been awarded numerous honours and awards, he is the organizer of and participant in numerous art colonies, many of which are humanitarian.

Croatian Post Ltd. Mostar has issued a commemorative postage stamp in a sheet of 9 stamps, a postmark and first day cover (FDC).
